The Problem:
A non-profit organization for new mothers felt their users might be missing out on some of the organization's key services.

The Goal:
Redesign the website in a way that maintains their current branding and style, while making it easier for users to discover and complete certain tasks.

A site audit was performed to take inventory of all possible actions a user could take while visiting the site.

Keeping in mind the stakeholders' stated goals for their users, I created an affinity map to organize user tasks. This loose structure guided the information architecture of the site.

Ideation sessions focused on maintaining the style and branding; as such, paper and lo-fi wireframes adjusted the existing website, rather than rebuilding from the ground up.

CTA buttons for the two most important user actions are added to the homepage's hero image to increase findability. Colors from the existing palette were used according to Gestalt principles for better visual cues regarding content organization.
